When we say BOW we mean a double tongue-groove rail arched, curved to look like the top of a bow and gives you flexibility to do more trickery. (No separations in the ceiling.)

There's more to this. There is a foot that reaches in and under the lip and supports the header on a strong surface in conjuntion with the deep rail pressed inside that gully and not that light bracket that wiggles.

You don't have to think about the engineering detail. Just turn the well greased knob and the belt releases smoothly.
